Ministar vanjskih poslova i trgovine Mađarske: Na sutrašnjem Vijeću za vanjske poslove EU namjerava usvojiti 20. paket sankcija. Mađarska će ga blokirati. Dok Ukrajina ne nastavi tranzit nafte Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj putem naftovoda Družba, nećemo dopustiti da se donose odluke važne za Kijev.
Ukrajinsko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova nazvalo je izjave Slovačke i Mađarske o obustavi isporuke električne energije ako Ukrajina ne nastavi tranzit naftovodom Družba "ucjenom". Ministarstvo je naglasilo da "ultimatume treba poslati Kremlju, a ne Kijevu".

Slovačka je proglasila krizno stanje u zemlji zbog nestašice naftnih derivata i neće ih izvoziti u Ukrajinu. Svi naftni derivati bit će poslani na domaće tržište. Premijer Fico rekao je da bi Slovačka mogla obustaviti isporuku električne energije Ukrajini.
